A Cisco Gold Partner is looking for
Customer Service Engineer

Reporting to the Team Leader, the role shall cover:
  • Perform installation activities.Validate hardware and software configuration.
  • Perform 1st level technical support.
  • Write technical report or documentation after servicing a client.
Competence, Experience and Skill Required

  • Fresh graduate from Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics with minimum IPK of 3.0;
  • Desireable: graduate from CNAP (Cisco Networking Academy Program)
  • Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Customer relationship skills;
