Reporting to the Team Leader, the role shall cover:
- Perform installation activities.Validate hardware and software configuration.
- Perform 1st level technical support.
- Write technical report or documentation after servicing a client.
- Fresh graduate from Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics with minimum IPK of 3.0;
- Desireable: graduate from CNAP (Cisco Networking Academy Program)
- Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Customer relationship skills;
